رله مدل D5294S برند GMI – ماژول خروجی رله SIL3، قابل نصب بر روی ریل DIN

ماژول رله D5294S مناسب برای سوئیچینگ مدارهای مرتبط با ایمنی تا سطح SIL3 در صنایع پرخطر طراحی شده است. این ماژول، جداسازی (ایزولاسیون) کامل بین کنتاکت‌های ورودی و خروجی را فراهم می‌کند. این محصول دارای ۲+۲ کنتاکت رله NO (Normally Open) است که به صورت موازی و سپس سری متصل شده‌اند تا از قطع‌های ناخواسته (Spurious Trip) جلوگیری کرده و پایداری فرآیند (Process Availability) را افزایش دهند.

قابلیت عملکرد ایمنی SIL3 با پایداری بالا، هم برای بارهای نرمال برق‌دار (NE) و هم برای بارهای نرمال بی‌برق (ND/F&G) در این ماژول فراهم شده است. همچنین امکان ایزولاسیون بار از منبع تغذیه در هر دو قطبیت وجود دارد.

به دلیل وجود مدار داخلی اختصاصی جهت انجام تست پالس (Pulse Testing)، سازگاری گسترده با انواع DCS/PLC تضمین شده است؛ این مدار از لرزش (Flickering) کنتاکت‌ها و LEDها جلوگیری می‌کند. قابلیت‌های تشخیص خطای مدار شامل تشخیص اتصال کوتاه/اتصال باز (Short/Open Circuit) در خط و بار، و همچنین پایش ولتاژ بار (Loading Monitoring) در هر دو حالت روشن و خاموش، در این ماژول تعبیه شده است. در صورت بروز خطا در میدان (Field)، خطا مستقیماً به خروجی دیجیتال (DO) سیستم PLC منعکس شده و از طریق باز شدن خروجی خطا (Fault Output) نیز گزارش می‌شود. پارامترهای تشخیص خطا قابل برنامه‌ریزی بوده و از طریق پروتکل Modbus نیز قابل نظارت و تنظیم هستند.
